Title: New from Florida
Post by: 904edz28 on April 12, 2014, 01:38:19 PM
Picked up my new DRZ400SM Tuesday. Just put a Yoshi RS-2 on it w/ dynojet and k&n yesterday and it sounds awesome. Might have a small jetting issue, dies on me after stopping for a little bit dies when I give it gas quickly. Will mess with it later. Waiting on a supermoto front fender and rear fender eliminator kit. Will post pics if I can figure out how.

Congrats on the DRZ! Did you put on a full system or only slip on?

a full system. I put some grips on it too, I did not know the throttle grip was molded to the throttle. Made for a interesting time to say the least.

Looks great man, I like the blue wheels. Don't forget that 25 pilot jet and get access to your pilot fuel screw also. Did you open the air box any yet ?

Thats a good looking bike! If I wasn't such a dirt dog I would loves me a SM looking like that. Ultimately I would like to add an SM to my riding arsenal. But for now my S is just fine...
