starts run fine on choke but has massive low rev flat spot

Hi can any one help bike was stud for a year. cleaned carb out and new fuel, new oil and new filter. even bought a new trottle possition sensor at 130 quid,,,,, siy

Have you tryed adjusting the idle screw? It's the white plastic screw attacted to a cable underneath the carb.

Have you checked the vaccum line to see if it's hooked up?

Accelerator pump diaphragm delaminates and will not shoot gas into carb. This will cause a terrible bog if you punch the throttle. If it won't idle it is dirt. use air. don't blow up the AP diaphragm take the AP apart first.
